Felda to keep Encorp listed?

THE top management of Felda Investment Corp Sdn Bhd (FIC) is keen to keep Encorp Bhd listed as it faces growing concerns that its offer to take over the property developer may get overwhelming response.

Sources say FIC wants to keep the company listed as its intention of taking over the company is to use it as a vehicle to tap the capital market for funds in order to expand its operations.
