TNB sees power demand surging in Johor


JOHOR BARU: Tenaga Nasional Bhd (TNB) expects demand for electricity in Johor to surge in the next 10 years especially in the southern and south-eastern parts of Johor.

Johor TNB general manager (distribution division) Mohd Yusof Ibrahim said the fast growing Iskandar Malaysia was a major factor pushing demand for electricity in the region.
