Symphony plans JV stake sale


PETALING JAYA: Symphony Life Bhd has proposed to dispose of its shares in GuocoLand (M) Bhd’s joint-venture (JV) company for RM56.22mil cash, as it strategises to realign its principal business.

The proposed disposal of 7.05 million ordinary shares for RM37.89mil, and 30.73 million cumulative redeemable preference shares (CRPS) for RM18.33mil, in Continental Estates Sdn Bhd is to Pembinaan Sri Jati Sdn Bhd and IOI Properties Bhd.
