GAB cautiously optimistic of year ahead, says MD

PETALING JAYA: Guinness Anchor Bhd (GAB) is hoping for better times ahead after the financial year 2014 (FY14) ended June 30 that was “the toughest” in recent times.

Managing director Hans Essaadi told a press briefing that he was cautiously optimistic of the year ahead as there were some uncertainties over the goods and services tax (GST) which would be implemented in April next year.
