PETALING JAYA: Damansara Realty Bhd has signed a joint-venture agreement with Pacific Asia (PNG) Ltd in relation to consultancy services, facilities management and hospital management in Papua New Guinea.
The company said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday that the JV agreement was inked through Damansara Realty’s subsidiary, Healthcare Technical Services Sdn Bhd. The tender to provide the services has been accepted by the government of Papua New Guinea.
