LBS Bina to leverage on Zuhai assets in long-term strategy in China

With the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau bridge to be completed by next year, LBS Bina Group Bhd’s remaining asset in Zhuhai, a piece of land with a 4.32km racing circuit, is gaining interest from investors.

Group managing director Datuk Seri Lim Hock San says people are knocking on his door to enquire about the property and that the company might consider monetising it, but only if the offer is attractive.
