PETALING JAYA: Puncak Niaga Holdings Bhd
(PNHB) and Pengurusan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd (Air Selangor) have mutually agreed to a fourth extension, until May 11, to fulfill the conditions precedent for the sale of PNHB's water concession business to the latter.
