Maybank's Indonesian subsidiary BII boosts net profit by 33.5%


KUALA LUMPUR: The worst may be over for Malayan Banking Bhd’s (Maybank) 80%-owned Indonesian subsidiary PT Bank Internasional Indonesia Tbk (BII), which saw its net profit surge by 33.5% to 255.6bil rupiah (RM53mil) for the first quarter ended March 31, 2015.
