UEM Sunrise to launch RM3.7b of property projects


KUALA LUMPUR: UEM Sunrise is expecting to launch RM3.7bil worth of property projects in 2015, of which RM900mil would be contributed from its projects overseas. 

Speaking to reporters in a press conference on Thursday, managing director Anwar Syahrin Abdul Ajib said as of now, it has projects with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of RM39bil.
