Selangor water restructuring to be completed in 60 days

Puncak Niaga Holdings Bhd (PNHB), which had given Selangor government entity Air Selangor several time extensions to fulfill the conditions precedent to the sale and purchase agreement signed last November, said earlier this month that there was a “high possibility” that its board would ask for an increased offer price compared to the RM1.555bil already agreed on due to the delay and uncertainty.
