PETALING JAYA: The Securities Commission has approved Pavilion Real Estate Investment Trust
(REIT) RM8bil medium-term notes (MTN) programme.
The REIT’s management company said in a stock exchange filing that the MTN programme would be undertaken by Pavilion REIT Bond Capital Bhd, a company wholly-owned by AmTrustee Bhd as the trustee for Pavilion REIT.
