KUALA LUMPUR: Ewein Bhd
’s subsidiary, Ewein Zenith Sdn Bhd has received the approval for the "City of Dreams" project with a gross development value (GDV) of RM800mil after obtaining the Advertising Permit and Developer Licence.
The company said on Friday the proposed development covering 110 acres would comprise of residential and commercial properties development at Bandar Tanjong Pinang, next to the Gurney Drive, on Penang island.
