Fresh from bagging a RM1.6bil construction project from Putrajaya Holdings Sdn Bhd last month, Sunway Construction Group Bhd
(SunCon) has now received a letter of award by Sunway Iskandar Sdn Bhd (a subsidiary of Sunway Bhd) for the construction of link, cluster and semi-detached houses in Pulai, Johor Baru for RM174.5mil.
The main scope of job is to build mixed residential properties with varied specifications for civil, structural, electrical and plumbing.
