KUALA LUMPUR: CIMB Equities Research sees TH Heavy Engineering’s (TH Heavy) balance sheet strengthening from its proposed rights issue to raise RM450mil.
It said on Tuesday the corporate exercise includes a bonus issue, which would be earnings dilutive but would strengthen its balance sheet and enable it to finance its yard expansion and floating production, storage and offloading (FPSO) venture.
