Seeking more women in the workforce

Untapped workforce: The campaign is targeted at women on a career break who are looking to return to employment.

TALENT Corporation Malaysia Bhd launched the Career Comeback Campaign early this week, with the objective of promoting women to return to the workforce.

Recognising the pool of highly qualified Malaysian women who left the workforce, the Career Comeback Campaign is targeted at women on a career break who are looking to return to employment. Supported by myStarJob and the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) Hearts Programme, this initiative supports the Government’s efforts to increase women’s labour participation to 55% in 2015 by attracting and retaining highly qualified women in the workforce.
