As the first time host of Harvest Chef – SwitchUp.Tv’s webcast series on sustainable living – former Taylor’s College student Tan Kel Vin was presented with a challenging assignment that ultimately proved to be quite the rewarding and unforgettable life experience.
After eight episodes that saw the Harvest Chef team visiting ginger, fish, frog and mushroom farms across the Klang Valley and beyond to seek out energy efficient food sources and exciting new organic recipes, the series aired its final episode recently, much to the disappointment of its enthusiastic 23-year-old host.
