THE Petaling Jaya City Council (MBPJ) only completed nine of the 16 projects to resurface roads around Petaling Jaya last year, not making full use of the money allocated for the purpose.

According to Damansara Utama assemblyman Yeo Bee Yin, the council was allocated sufficient funds to pay for road resurfacing contracts worth RM8.6mil.
