Much ado over JPJ glitches


PETALING JAYA: Consumers and car dealers are fed up with the technical glitches plaguing the Road Transport Department’s (JPJ) MySikap system.

The system upgrade, which was rolled out on Nov 1, has still not stabilised and caused thousands of people to wait for days to renew their driving licence and road tax and to register cars.
