PETALING JAYA: Employees may need to fork out more from their own pockets to cover their healthcare costs. The increase in medical fees will impact insurance claims and procedures and employers are likely to slap a cap on claims.

Companies and businesses which offer medical benefits might also revise their perks for employees, said the Malaysian Association of Standards Users.
