PETALING JAYA: A CCTV footage purportedly showing two-year-old Siti Soffea Emelda Abdullah being abducted at the Kota Raya shopping complex has gone viral.
In the video, the suspect was seen trying to lure her away. The CCTV footage in the complex later showed the man walking away with Siti Soffea.
The man was said to have abducted and and beheaded the toddler with a ceramic tile on Thursday before jumping into the river in an attempt to escape.
