BUTTERWORTH: Penang Barisan Nasional chairman Teng Chang Yeow has lambasted Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng for trying to divert the responsibility of the recent nudist uproar at the Penang National Park to the Federal Government.
"The Chief Minister claimed that the state has no power, but that is untrue.
