Why need for excessively high technology in Langat 2, asks Azmin


KUALA LUMPUR: Newly appointed Selangor Mentri Besar Azmin Ali (pic) has slammed the construction of Langat 2, saying that the methods used in the water treatment dam was of excessively high technology and was not cost efficient.

Azmin called the proposed technology for the project ‘excessive and unnecessary’ as it was ‘the highest technology available.’
