Major Zaidi’s defence alleges bias, calls for court to be dissolved


KUALA LUMPUR: The court in the case against Royal Malaysian Air Force (RMAF) Major Zaidi Ahmad should be dissolved on the basis of bias, the defence submitted Wednesday.

Lead defence counsel Mohd Hanipa Maidin told the military court that Major Zaidi had recently discovered a comment with regard his court-martial attached to an online news portal report which is believed to have been posted by a presiding officer in his case.
