SHAH ALAM: Selangor Mentri Besar Azmin Ali (pic) has presented his maiden budget at the state assembly, giving almost equal attention to developmental and operational expenses.
Azmin tabled Monday an allocation of RM2.42bil for his 2015 budget, concentrating on six focus areas.
