Bomba calendar too hot to handle, reprints ordered due to high demand

PETALING JAYA: Malaysia's most highly-sought for calendar is buff, burly and back in circulation.

Having gained prominence among netizens for its annual images of strapping firemen carrying out various duties, this year's calendar is also no different as it features firemen (big-)armed and ready serve the people.

From chainsaw-wielding, broad-shouldered officers in January to muscular, rain-soaked search and rescue personnel in April, the calendar highlights not only the officers' good physique but also the effort they go through to ensure the safety and security of the Malaysian public.

Although half of the calendar display officers posing with glistening biceps, the other half focuses on the difficult daily missions that the Department undertakes such as rescue missions at accident sites, quelling forest fires and airlifting victims from rugged mountain peaks.

The 2017 calendar also promotes female members of the force and depicts them carrying out tasks like motorcycle paroling and preparing to administer first aid.
