PETALING JAYA: The police officers who forced a popular 90's band vocalist to sing while in handcuffs and lockup, have been removed from active duty.
Bukit Aman’s Integrity and Standard Compliance Department (JIPS) director Senior Deputy Comm Datuk Zubaidah Md Ismail said Saturday that the department has launched an investigation on those involved, after a video singer Zamani Ibrahim being forced to sing in handcuffs went viral on social media.
