SUNGAI PETANI: An owner of a car wash was gunned down in front of his house in Taman Sri Gedung, near Jalan Lencungan Timur, at 12.10am, on Monday.

Kuala Muda District Police chief ACP Khalil Ariffin said the deceased, S. Thanabalan, 34, who was in a car, was believed to have been shot at from close range by four suspects, who were also in a car.
