Fierce debate rages on water deal


KUALA LUMPUR: A war of words erupted in Parliament between Selangor Mentri Besar Azmin Ali and Energy, Green Technology and Water Minister Datuk Seri Dr Maximus Ongkili, with both sides accusing each other of stalling the RM9.6bil water restructure deal for Selangor.

Dr Ongkili chided Azmin for accusing the Federal Government of being the cause of the delay when calling off the deal on Monday.
