Postpone fare hikes Cabinet tells SPAD


MUAR: The Cabinet has asked the Land Public Transport Commission (SPAD) to postpone the increase in public transport fares, as the timing was not suitable.

Deputy Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin (pic) said on Saturday that while the Cabinet understands the necessity for an increase, the timing for the hike was not right at the moment.
