Pure speculation that Parliament speaker has quit, says Kiandee

KOTA KINABALU: It is pure speculation that Dewan Rakyat speaker Tan Sri Pandikar Amin Mulia has quit, says his deputy Datuk Ronald Kiandee (pic).

Dismissing claims of Pandikar’s resignation as a recurring speculation that had emerged prior to the end of the last parliamentary session that ended on April 9, Kiandee said that there was no truth to it as he had met with Pandikar just a few days earlier, and that the speaker had not mentioned anything.
