KUALA LUMPUR: The Government will not extradite an alleged pyramid scheme mastermind to the Philippines.
Home Minister Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi told Parliament in a written reply that this was because both countries do not have an extradition treaty.
