MALACCA: All state roads will be capped with a speed limit at 70kph from Friday until July 26, said Chief Minister Datuk Seri Idris Haron (pix).
He said the speed limit was lowered from 80kph to ensure a smooth flow of traffic during the Hari Raya holidays.
