Punishing the wrong person: A filepic of a police car in Egypt. A woman in Spain has been fined

MADRID: A Spanish woman has been fined €800 (RM3,659) under a controversial new public security law for posting online a photo of a police car parked in a disabled parking space, police said. 

The woman, from the southeastern city of Petrel, posted the photo on her Facebook page along with critical comments that used strong language.
