XingHe Holdings Bhd to grant call options to Macquarie Bank


PETALING JAYA: China-based XingHe Holdings Bhd is proposing to grant 2.34 million call options to Australia’s Macquarie Bank Ltd, which will allow the latter to subscribe up to 234 million new shares of 10 sen each in the company.

XingHe, a producer of edible vegetable oil and peanut protein cake in China, told Bursa Malaysia yesterday that the 234 million new shares represented 9.96% of the company’s issued and paid-up share capital as at Sept 29, 2014.
