Nexgram withdraws Ire-Tex takeover offer


PETALING JAYA: In the latest turn of events in the saga involving Nexgram Holdings Bhd, the company has withdrawn its takeover offer of Ire-Tex Corp Bhd, a deal that was first announced on Nov 20, 2015.

This comes a day after Nexgram said it would take steps to bring in a special auditor to determine the veracity of some of its assets.
