DNeX group MD buys 123.8 million shares in firm


PETALING JAYA: Dagang Nexchange Bhd’s (DNeX) group managing director Zainal Abidin Jalil has bought 123.8 million DNeX shares at 25 sen each and 136.47 million warrants at 1 sen each from Censof Holdings Bhd.

The purchase was done via Arcadia Acres Sdn Bhd which is an investment holding vehicle that is 78% owned by Zainal and 22% owned by Wan Azryn Wan Ab Rashid who is the CEO of a subsidiary of DNeX called DNeX Oilfield Services Sdn Bhd.
