Bintai Kinden to acquire Optimal for RM15mil


KUALA LUMPUR: Bintai Kinden Corp Bhd is acquiring the entire equity in Optimal Property Management Sdn Bhd from Nusankota Development Sdn Bhd and two individuals for RM15mil.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday, the mechanical and electrical engineering services provider said the proposed acquisition was to enable the group diversify its business into concession arrangements business.
