KUALA LUMPUR: My EG Services Bhd (MyEG) has incorporated a new subsidiary to provide management and consultancy services.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the e-Government services provider said MY EG Management Services Sdn Bhd was set up with an authorised share capital of RM400,000.

No details were provided on the areas of consultancy.

One of the new businesses that MyEG entered into in the last year was operating hostels to foreign workers through sub-subsidiary MY EG Lodging Sdn Bhd, which was incorporated on July 20, 2016.

About a month later, the 55%-owned subsidiary entered into three tenancy agreements with Malacca State Development Corp for the rental of 512 accommodation units to serve as hostels.
