PETALING JAYA: Reach Energy Bhd
has redesignated Tan Sri Azmil Khalili Khalid as its executive chairman, following a redesignation exercise of its board of directors.
In filings with Bursa Malaysia yesterday, Reach Energy said Azmil would assume his new position with immediate effect, while managing director Shahul Hamid Mohd Ismail has been redesignated as the company’s executive director.
