KUALA LUMPUR: Damansara Realty Bhd’s unit, Health Technical Services Sdn Bhd (HTSSB), is keen to enter into a joint-venture agreement with Axventure Sdn Bhd (ASB), and to work together with TRIplc Medical Sdn Bhd on a RM372.8mil project in Kuala Selangor.
Under the contract, they will design, build, equip, commission and maintain infrastructure works and buildings for Universiti Teknologi Mara’s Teaching Hospital through the private-finance initiative. – Bernama
