IT is likely that Perak Corp Bhd, a company in which the Perak government through its development agency, Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Perak (PKNP), owns a 52.27% stake, will see a trading suspension of its shares from May 9 onwards.
This is because the company will almost certainly not be able to make the May 8 extended deadline to release its annual report.
