PETALING JAYA: Hektar Real Estate Investment Trust’s (Hektar REIT) acquisition of the 1Segamat Shopping Centre in Johor is expected to help drive the company’s future earnings amid the challenging retail outlook.
RHB Research Institute said the acquisition is expected to be completed by the end of this year.
