Scomi to regroup likely through share-swap exercise

PETALING JAYA: The Scomi group of companies is poised to undertake a long-awaited consolidation exercise.

In the corporate exercise, the parent company, Scomi Group Bhd, is expected to take over its listed subsidiaries through a share-swap exercise, said analysts and bankers close to the company.
