Putting waste to good use

FOOD is so easily available for most of us that we hardly consider the implications of wastage and improper use.

In fact, GCH Retail regional director for Malaysia and Brunei Datuk Tim Ashdown pointed out that wastage continues to be a global problem, with studies estimating as much as one-third of all food produced in the world being wasted.
