HORDES of adult mosquitoes clinging to pieces of rubbish floating in a stagnant pool of rainwater filled with wriggling mosquito larvae, is not a sight one can soon forget.

That was exactly the scene that greeted StarMetro when we paid a visit to Car Park C in Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam, accompanied by Kota Kemuning Residents Representation Committee (JPP) chairman Jackie Chew Soo Mee.
