MALACCA: The majestic barge of Wangkang is set to be part of Malaysia’s unique cultural heritage with an anticipated Unesco recognition.

Tourism and Culture Minister Datuk Seri Mohamed Nazri Abdul Aziz said the documentation to declare Wangkang to be listed under the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage together with China was underway.
