Herb garden in the city


THE Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) Local Agenda 21 (LA21) initiative marked a first over the weekend where the authorities, private sector and locals pooled their resources to launch the community-based Sungai Midah Herb Garden in Sungai Besi, Kuala Lumpur recently.

Federal Territories and Urban Wellbeing secretary-general Datuk Ahmad Phesal Talib who officiated at the launch hoped that the project could become a model for other similar ones under LA21.
