THE controversial Kancil car park is believed to be only the second building in the state to have been built and immediately demolished even before it could be occupied.
Northam Court was to have been a luxurious condominium project along Northam Road (now Jalan Sultan Ahmad Shah), George Town, but was demolished after it started to tilt in 1980.
