Fake dentist Nur Farahanis Ezzaty Adli, 20, has made an apology to the Health Ministry and all medical practitioners for her previous unrepentant attitude. "With humility and regret, Nara apologises to everyone, especially the Health Ministry and all medical practitioners, particularly dentists." She said she had been silent as she was reflecting on mistakes she had made, and not because she was running away from problems. She also claimed that she had been misunderstood in a video where she "thanked" her critics for making her famous. Nara said it was recorded in February this year and not after she was released from jail. Admitting that her actions had offended many, Nara said that the Malaysian Muslim Consumers Association (PPIM) and the Malaysian Islamic Economic Activist Organization (PPEM) had only given her legal advice and not RM70,000 as claimed. She also said that family members, relatives and friends had chipped in to help her settle the hefty fine.
