Bayan Mutiara land sale was through open tender, Ivory Properties clarifies


GEORGE TOWN: Ivory Properties Group Berhad (IPGB) has maintained that it won the bidding for the 41.5ha of land in Bayan Mutiara near here in an open competitive tender by the Penang Government.

Its chairman and group chief executive officer Datuk Low Eng Hock said the company was pleased that it was successful in bidding for the land at the price of RM240 per sq ft or RM1.072bil.
